Stress Management & Autogenic Training for Beginners
Learn how to develop an effective anti-stress strategy integrating Autogenic Training.
Autogenic Training (AT) is a scientifically recognized European method that allows you to achieve a state of deep relaxation. This course offers you fundamental exercises in Autogenic Training combined with stress management tools. No prior knowledge is required.
You will learn fundamental exercises in Autogenic Training as well as personal approaches to managing stress, which you can practice independently.
You will discover new aspects about yourself in a way that does not cause stress. With the help of Autogenic Training, you will be able to achieve a state of relaxation at any time.
