We haven't met yet. And that's exactly where we start. This is a relaxed 15-minute getting-to-know-you call — a chance for us to find out whether one of our three Winter Pilot formats could be a good fit for your team. No commitment, no pitch, no preparation needed. Just a genuine conversation between two people figuring out if there's something worth trying together. We'll talk about your team, your workplace, and what's on your mind right now. From there we'll look at the three options together and see which one feels right — a 60-minute group workshop taster for 8–12 people, a 90-minute drop-in block where employees book their own private 15-minute slot, or a 60-minute 1:1 for a leader. If it feels like a good fit — for you AND for us — we book your June session on the spot. If not — no problem. No awkwardness.
