Autogenic training (AT) is a very effective, recognized, European self-relaxation technique, developed by the psychiatrist Johannes Heinrich.

AT reduces the intensity of the stress feelings within the body and replaces it with a calmer physiological condition. Furthermore, it is used in nervousness, sleep disorders and psychosomatic diseases such as headaches, digestive disorders, hypertension etc.

In this 10 week course, your staff will gradually learn to practice an easy but powerful self-relaxation technique.
In weekly sessions they will learn how to put themselves into a kind of "semi-hypnosis state", whilst being "in control" over their actions and suggestions.
This allows their body and mind to switch of the stress and promotes rest, deep relaxation, and recovery instead.

If participants practice Autogenic Training for a few minutes several times a day, they will gradually learn this self support technique. They will enjoy its benefits for life wherever and when they want or need it.
