In this course, you will learn the basic relaxation exercises for muscles, circulation, breathing, internal organs and head as well as personal formulas. With the help of Autogenic Training, you have a tool that positively balances your entire body and wellbeing.

Content: - Theoretical introduction to Autogenic Training
- Learn the basic exercises/formula resolutions
- dealing with stress/stressors

Prerequisite: prior knowledge is not required

Target group: men and women aged 16 and over
