We believe in knowledge — and in learning how to actually use it. Not the quick fix. Not the pill that patches the symptom while nothing underneath really changes.
We believe that when you truly understand how something works — how stress moves through your body, how sleep is regulated in your brain, how your needs and values shape every decision you make, and how the way you connect with others is driven by patterns you may never have questioned — that understanding becomes a life skill. One that works WITH your mind and body, not against them. One that transforms not just how you feel, but how you live, work, and love. One that stays with you long after the coaching ends.

Before we do anything, we get clear on what you actually want. Not what sounds reasonable. Not what you think you should want. What genuinely matters to you — and where you truly want to be. This is your compass. Everything else follows from here

Every area we work in has a science behind it — stress, sleep, relationships, wellbeing. We explain it in plain language, with real analogies, real sources. Because when you truly understand what is happening in your body and mind, everything becomes clearer. This is your foundation. And it stays with you long after coaching ends

Building your toolbox
Session by session, we build your personal collection of knowledge, insights, tools and strategies — tailored to you. Autogenic Training, PMR, mindfulness, cognitive tools, communication skills — whatever fits your situation. Some bring immediate clarity. Some you keep for when you need them. The goal: you leave not just feeling better, but knowing exactly why. And knowing what to do next time.

Let's start with what coaching is not — because there's a lot of confusion out there, and you deserve a straight answer before you spend money on anything. Coaching is not therapy. It's not counselling. It's not advice-giving. And it's definitely not someone nodding enthusiastically while telling you what to do. (That's just a very expensive friend with a notepad.)

If you are working with a doctor, psychologist, or therapist — wonderful. We love working alongside other professionals as a helpful complement to your existing care. Coaching and therapy can do beautiful things together. They're just not the same think.

Let's talk about the thing you've been treating as optional.
Not the five-and-a-half hours you're getting. The actual, restorative, architecture-complete sleep your brain and body were designed for. Deep sleep is when your glymphatic system flushes out metabolic waste — your brain takes out its own trash at night, which is one of the most genuinely delightful facts in neuroscience. REM sleep is when your emotional experiences get processed and your memory organised.

Nobody teaches us how to love.
We learn to walk. We learn to read. We learn to drive, to cook, to manage a spreadsheet, to navigate an airport in a language we barely speak. But love? We're supposed to just know. It's supposed to arrive — fully formed, effortless, unmistakable — and if it doesn't feel that way, we assume we've got the wrong person.
This is one of the most beautiful and most damaging myths we carry.
But love is a gift — like a flower. It arrives beautiful and alive. And then you have to tend it. That's the part nobody warns you about.

Dr. Edmund Jacobson figured something out in the 1920s that changed everything: you cannot be mentally tense and physically relaxed at the same time. PMR uses exactly that.

Questions we get asked
Honest answers. No sales pitch.
How many sessions will I need?
Honestly — it varies completely. Some people come for 3 sessions and leave with exactly what they needed. Others work with us for a year. What we can tell you: we don't believe in creating dependency. The goal of every session is to make you need us less — not more. We'll always be honest about whether the work is done.
Do you work online?
Yes — and most of our clients work with us online. Sessions via video call work just as well as in person. If you're in Auckland, in-person sessions are available by arrangement. We work with clients all over the world — in English and in German.
I'm not sure which service is right for me — what should I do?
Book the
free discovery call. That's exactly what it's for. You don't need to have it figured out before we talk. Most people come with a general sense of what's not working — and we work out together what would help most. It's a conversation, not an intake form.
What's the difference between AT and PMR — do I need both?
AT works through mental formulas — training your nervous system from the inside out. PMR works through physical tension and release — from the outside in. Both are deeply effective. Some people connect more strongly with one. Some do both. We'll help you figure out what's right for you — and both are often combined with other coaching work.
Do you work in German?
Yes — fully and fluently. All sessions, all materials, all workbooks available in German. Whether you're in New Zealand, Germany, Austria, or Switzerland — if you've been searching for a wellbeing coach in your mother tongue, you've found us.
What if I'm already working with a therapist or doctor?
That's not a problem — it's actually ideal. Coaching and therapy are complementary, not competing. We don't do therapy, w
e don't give medical advice, and we will never overstep those boundaries. We work beautifully alongside other professionals as a helpful complement to your existing care
